Returns & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at Holler@WorkWonnies.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in saleable condition (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items).
Please note, we cannot process returns or exchanges on international orders (includes Canada).
Return requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.
We cannot refund, return, or exchange gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Item with obvious signs of use
- Item is missing tags or has been damaged
- Damaged or missing packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
If you would like to exchange your item either due to damage, defect, or for a different size or color, please see the section “TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM” below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at Holler@WorkWonnies.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We will also accept exchanges for a different size or color.
Please note, we cannot process returns or exchanges on international orders (includes Canada).

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
We want to make the returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
Please note that all domestic returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order being shipped. We cannot process exchanges on international orders (includes Canada).
Items being exchanged will be sent to the shipping address on file, unless otherwise noted by the customer.
To ensure a speedy process, follow these steps to initiate a return or an exchange:
- Email holler@workwonnies.com, with the subject line of ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ followed by the order number. In the body of the email, please include your name, order number, and date of purchase.
- Once your email has been received, a representative will reply back within 24 business hours to let you know if your return or exchange has been accepted.
- If accepted, a paid return label will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
- Print and attach the return label to the bag (or box) your item will be returned in
- Take your package to your nearest UPS location.
- Returns are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after your email confirmation for the credit to show on your account.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original purchaser, through the original form of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
For accepted returns and exchanges, free shipping will be provided, via a pre-paid return label. The return label will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your return or exchange being accepted.
Once you receive your return label:
- Print and attach the return label to the bag (or box) your item will be returned in.
- Take your package to your nearest UPS location.
- Returns are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
